Likes & dislikes:
I’m passionate about increasing awareness of the importance of our mental health, living more congruently and reducing the stigmas around mental health that unfortunately still exist. I’m also passionate about everyone having access to therapeutic support, particularly young people, as they negotiate their way through life, explore their identity and find their place in the world. I enjoy working with children, young people and adults, and feel very privileged to be able to walk alongside them during difficult times in their lives.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, having fun and making memories. I enjoy reading, music, TV dramas, eating out and going on holiday. I really dislike cold, dark, miserable days and love summer! One day I hope to have a place by the sea as, having spent many childhood days at the seaside, I love our UK coastlines.
