Likes & Dislikes:

Being a mum with a young family I find it a challenge to find the time to enjoy the hobbies I used to. If I do find myself with some spare time you will find me attending a HIIT class at my local gym or curled up on the sofa enjoying a good book.

I am passionate about practising what I preach as a child and family therapist and spend as much time as I can with my children or as a family; going swimming, playing at the park or building a wigwam in the garden!
