Your Therapist Role:

I am an integrative counsellor, working from a person-centred base. This means that I aim to use a variety of techniques in a therapeutic way but that overall, I believe that each client is unique and therefore each counselling relationship benefits from putting the individual at the centre. I believe that each client I work with knows what is best for them, sometimes individuals need a helping hand in working out what that best means and my role is to facilitate that process.

I always aim to work empathically. As a counsellor, it is my role to walk-alongside each client in their unique journey, supporting them in overcoming any issues and in healing in a way that is best for them.

I believe that all people deserve to be heard and I aim to offer that in a non-judgmental and calming environment.

I predominantly work with adults and teenagers.
