Your Therapist Role:
I am predominantly a Person-Centred therapist who works with young people and adults. I integrate aspects of other therapies to meet client’s individual needs. I enjoy using interventions from CBT, play therapy alongside talking therapy to help clients explore further when struggling to express themselves verbally. I have worked within schools, children’s trusts and charities around the East Riding providing counselling and emotional support to clients suffering with a range of mental issues. I am passionate about young people and adult mental health and believe that providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment can enable positive changes.
