To ensure everyone’s safety we have written procedures and put them in place so that we are adhering to government guidelines.

  • When booking appointments we will ensure there will be a minimum of 15 minutes between appointments enabling the therapist to clean items that have been touched and used in the previous session – this includes resources, door handles, switches etc.
  • Prior to every session the room will be sanitised and prepared with any resources the therapist thinks they may need for their next client, and we will ensure that there is a minimum 2 metre space between the seating for the client and therapist.
  • If you are being escorting to any of the therapy rooms (children may have parents bringing them, or you may have a partner/friend dropping you off) unfortunately, you will be unable to stay in the building, so instead please arrange to be collect your relative/friend, on time, at the end of the session time.
  • Sessions will need to be paid for in advance through online banking and we will require confirmation that this has been done.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer or make drinks, but you are welcome to bring one with you and then take the container away again.
