The supervisory relationship is an excellent way of reflecting on and developing your professional practice. You can link with your own personal values, feelings and experiences and explore new and different ways of working and thinking.
We believe the relationship between supervisor and supervisee is paramount, providing a collaborative trusting space to explore context of the clinical work, personal resonance and self-care.
Fortis supervise both qualified practitioners and trainee counsellors as well as staff within schools, colleges, organisations and businesses. We have experienced supervisors who can help you to feel supported whilst developing your practice. You’ll be assisted in managing risk and encouraged to think about the context and system of the organisation that you work within.
We also facilitate group supervision; a cost-effective way to access this support for your whole team or a group of professionals. Within this space, we discuss clinical work, team dynamics and ways of working with an external supervisor facilitating the conversation.
