Laura Pattison
Why | I initially qualified as a counsellor before moving into teaching, where I spent years supporting individuals with complex needs. Returning to therapeutic practice feels like coming home. Knowing how powerful it is to feel truly heard, understood, and validated is what drives my passion to support others on their own journeys. I feel privileged to offer a warm, compassionate environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences at their own pace.
Who | Young people, adolescents and adults.
How | Person-centred and CBT.
My passion | Family, dogs, gardening and travelling. I also love the West End!
My little-known fact | I have a hidden talent for playing the piano, I really love to play Classical and Jazz.
My self-care tip | Remember to be gentle with yourself. When everything feels like too much, step away from your screens and take a few slow, deep breaths. Grounding yourself in the present moment is a small but powerful way to reset your mind and be with nature.
