Why I Train | Why did I become a trainer? Good question. Simply put, I feel most alive when Iām training. I love the buzz in the room, the anticipation of what participants might share, and the creative process of designing meaningful learning experiences. Developing and delivering training that sparks curiosity, reflection, and growth is incredibly rewarding for me.
Who I Work With | Adults across a range of professional and community settings.
How I Train | My training is interactive, thought-provoking, imaginative, and creative. Whatever session you attend with me, youāll leave feeling heard, seen, and equipped with practical ideas or tools you can use personally or with your team. I meet people where they are, bringing my honest, open self to the room and creating a space where learning feels safe, engaging, and energising.
My Passion | I love writing short stories and poetry. Iām also a big fan of theatre and cinemaāwhether thatās sharing the experience with friends or enjoying the quiet focus of going alone.
A Little-Known Fact | I once cycled 400 km from Kisumu to Nairobi, Kenya, over five days with more than 70 women to raise money for breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer charities.
My Self-Care Tip | Put the music on and dance. Truly. When you have the health to move and the ability to hear the music, dancing is a giftādonāt miss the chance to enjoy it.
